How should I care for my athletic wear?
To keep your items in the best condition:
Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle
Use mild detergent (avoid harsh chemicals)
Do not use fabric softener (it can break down performance fabrics)
Wash inside out to protect logos and prints
Hang dry or lay flat (avoid the dryer to maintain elasticity and shape)
Wash with similar fabrics and like colours (avoid rough materials and wash with similar colour ranges)
Do not bleach, Do not use hot water (it can damage fabrics), Do not use the dryer (heat can break down elasticity and shape), Do not iron or dry clean

Our pieces are crafted in small batches using a slow fashion approach, which helps reduce overproduction and minimize waste. Every garment is thoughtfully made to ensure high quality, ethical standards, and a lower environmental impact.
Do you use eco-friendly packaging?
Yes! We ship all orders in GRS-certified recyclable packaging to reduce waste.
Are your materials eco-friendly?
We use performance fabrics meeting the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certification, ensuring they are free from harmful substances and chemicals in the production process. We also follow the Global Recycled Standard (GRS) for ethical and sustainable sourcing.
Shipping & Delivery
What is the shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping with trusted carriers:
Canadian orders ship via UPS with Standard Shipping (2-7 business days)
U.S. orders via Canada Post/USPS with Standard Shipping (3-10 business days)
International orders via Canada Post with Standard Shipping (7-14 business days)
Duties and taxes may apply based on your location and are the customer’s responsibility.

How can I track my package and receive updates on its delivery status?
Once your package has shipped, you can track it with the tracking number that we'll provide you.
Can I change the shipping address after I have placed the order?
Our customers may email us at info@vesari.co to request an order cancellation or address edit. While we will do our best to accommodate your request within one hour of placing your order, cancellations and address edits are not guaranteed.
Once an order is processed, we are unable to make any changes.
What is the return policy?
At Vesari, we want you to love your purchase! We offer refunds within 14 days of delivery to ensure you get the perfect fit.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all tags and labels attached.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method once the return is received and approved.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective.
- Exchanges have the fastest processing time by placing a new order following a refund for a returned item.
