Shipping & returns

We offer one size or colour exchange per order on eligible full-priced items. Requests must be submitted through our contact page within 14 days of delivery, and items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with their tags and original packaging.

Canadian customers may request a prepaid, tracked return label for a fee of C$12. Alternatively, customers are responsible for returning the original item using their own tracked shipping method. Exchanges are subject to availability and inspection.

Except where required by law, we do not accept change-of-mind returns or refunds. Eligible items may be exchanged according to our exchange policy.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, email info@vesari.co with your order number and photographs. Once approved, VESARI will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the item.

Eligible European Union and United Kingdom customers may cancel an online purchase within 14 days of delivery and must return it within the following 14 days. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect. Eligible refunds include the merchandise and the original standard delivery charge where required by law.

Accessories, gift cards, clearance items, merchandise discounted by 25% or more, and items marked “Final Sale” cannot be exchanged or returned. This restriction does not apply to damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise or where a return is required by law.

Customers outside Canada are responsible for return shipping, replacement shipping, duties and taxes. International returns must be sent using a tracked service. Mandatory regional consumer rights continue to apply.

Contact us within 14 days of delivery and include your order number, the item being exchanged, and the new size or colour requested. Wait for approval before shipping your item. Canadian customers may purchase a C$12 prepaid return label or arrange their own tracked shipping. Your replacement will be shipped after the original item is received, inspected and approved.

Orders are generally processed within three business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Additional processing time may be required during launches or promotional periods. Tracking information is emailed once your order has been dispatched; please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Canada: 2–7 business days. United States: 5–7 business days. International: 6–14 business days. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Delivery estimates do not include processing or customs delays and are not guaranteed.

Canadian orders are subject to applicable sales taxes calculated at checkout. U.S. orders ship Delivered Duty Paid: import duties and customs fees are prepaid by VESARI and customers are not normally charged at delivery. Orders to other destinations may be subject to duties, taxes and customs fees determined by the destination country; unless shown as included at checkout, these are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or you believe your package may be lost, contact info@vesari.co and we will assist with the carrier investigation where possible. VESARI is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, incorrect addresses or circumstances outside our reasonable control. Original and expedited shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order was incorrect, defective, lost before delivery or otherwise covered by applicable consumer law.
