Exchange & Refunds

Refunds

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a refund. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of its approval status.

  • Refunds are only applicable If your item arrives damaged or defective, refunds based on change of mind will not be accepted.
  • Please email info@vesari.co within 48 hours of delivery with photos and proof of purchase.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days back to your original payment method.
  • Please note: Banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process refunds.
  • If approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color, simply go to our contact page to start your exchange and add a description of your preferred exchange of size or colour, we will provide personal assistance on how to ship the original item and place an exchange order for the one you’d prefer.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return it within14 days of delivery, for any reason. Items must be returned in their original condition— unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in original packaging — along with proof of purchase.

Final Sale Items – Not Eligible for Exchange or Refund

To maintain hygiene and product integrity, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bodysuits
- Accessories
- Items Discounted by 30% or More

International Returns

International customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes.

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost packages.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

To Start an Exchange Visit: Contact Us
To begin an exchange, please visit our Contact Us page and provide:

  • The reason for your exchange
  • The new size or colour you’d like, or the alternate product of equal value you wish to exchange for
  • Our team will personally assist you to ensure a smooth and seamless experience.
  • Exchanges may also be requested for store credit.

Please note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and taxes. In some cases, customers may also be required to cover the shipping cost of the replacement item. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we are not responsible for packages lost in transit.

How long does it take to receive a refund after a return has been processed?

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days. However, banks and credit card companies may take additional time to process the refund. If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at info@vesari.co.

Customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply based on your country’s regulations. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices. Customs processing delays are beyond our control and may affect delivery times.

NOTE: Your final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. During holidays, sales events, or unexpected carrier delays, shipping times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery.

Order Cancellations & Address Changes

Our customers may email us at info@vesari.co to request an order cancellation or address edit. While we will do our best to accommodate your request within one hour of placing your order, cancellations and address edits are not guaranteed. Once an order is processed, we are unable to make any changes.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for additional shipping costs to resend the package.

International Orders – Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped outside of Canada may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local fees, which are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are determined by your country’s regulations and are not collected by Vesari.

- Fees are based on the full order value, regardless of discounts or gift cards used.
- Duties and taxes are non-refundable.
- Refusing to pay these fees may result in return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund.
