Processing Time
Orders are processed by the VESARI team within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please note that processing times may be longer during peak periods, sales events, or holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment.
Shipping Estimates
- Within Canada:
- Standard Shipping: 2-7 business days.
- USA:
- Standard Shipping: 3-10 business days.
- International:
- We offer worldwide shipping through trusted courier services. Delivery times and costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.
Please Note:
- Customs Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees: These charges may apply based on your country’s regulations and are the buyer’s responsibility. These charges are not included in our prices.
- Customs Delays: Customs processing delays are beyond our control and may affect delivery times.
Shipping Costs
Your final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Modifications and Cancellations

While we will make every effort to accommodate your request within one hour of placing your order, cancellations and address edits are not guaranteed. Once your order is processed, we are unable to make any changes.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
VESARI is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they are in transit. Please ensure your shipping details are accurate to minimize the risk of delays.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
