HOW TO MEASURE

BUST

Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your chest. Keep the tape level and snug, but not tight — it should sit comfortably across your back and around your bust.

LOWER BUST

Measure directly under your bust, where your band would typically sit. Make sure the tape is parallel to the ground and lies flat against your skin.

WAIST

Measure around the narrowest part of your waist — typically just above your belly button and below your ribcage. Keep the tape relaxed but secure, allowing room to breathe.

HIPS

Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat. The tape should stay level and wrap smoothly around your body without digging in.
